Delete your REVLO account
You can permanently delete your REVLO account and all associated personal data. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, address, hashed password).
- All referrals and rewards tied to your account.
- Your saved Stripe references (we cancel any active subscription and disconnect your Stripe Connect Express account).
- All sessions and login tokens.
Dealership owners: deleting your account deletes the entire dealership tenant — including all of your team members, all referrers under your rooftop, and their referral history.
What we have to keep
We retain only records we are legally required to keep — for example 1099-NEC tax records for paid commissions, billing invoices, and abuse/security logs — for the period required by law.
How to delete
Option 1 — In the REVLO app (fastest)
Dealership admins: Sign in → Settings → scroll to Danger Zone → tap Delete Account → type DELETE to confirm.
Referrers: Sign in to the referrer portal → tap your name on the home screen → tap Delete Account → type DELETE to confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion from the web
Email privacy@joinrevlo.com from the address on file. Include:
- The email address on your REVLO account
- Whether you are a dealership admin or a referrer
- The word
DELETEin the body to confirm
We complete web-initiated deletions within 30 days and email confirmation when done.
