Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the REVLO platform. By creating an account or using REVLO, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
REVLO is a software-as-a-service referral management platform for automotive dealerships. REVLO provides the dashboard, pipeline, notifications, and payout orchestration. REVLO does not hold customer funds. All referrer payouts are direct dealership-to-referrer charges processed by Stripe Connect.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@joinrevlo.com of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscription & billing
REVLO costs $299 per month, per dealership rooftop, billed in advance via Stripe. New dealerships receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial, your card is charged monthly until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Stripe Connect & payouts
Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. By using REVLO you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement. Each withdrawal triggers a destination charge from the dealership's saved card directly to the referrer's connected Stripe account. REVLO is not a money transmitter and does not take custody of funds.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) submit fraudulent or fake referrals; (b) use the platform for illegal activity, including violations of state automotive sales or consumer protection laws; (c) attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or overload the service; (d) use the service to send spam or harass any person; (e) violate any third party's privacy or intellectual property rights.
6. Dealership responsibilities
Dealerships are solely responsible for: vetting their referrers, lawfully approving commission amounts, complying with applicable wage, tax (including 1099 issuance), licensing, and advertising laws in their state, and honoring approved payouts.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after 30 days (see Privacy Policy).
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. REVLO does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that payouts will always succeed (e.g. declined cards, Stripe account holds).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REVLO's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid REVLO in the 12 months preceding the claim. REVLO is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any commission, deal, or business opportunity lost through use of the service.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify REVLO against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your referrals, your payouts, or your violation of law or these Terms.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account owners and posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
